Important information about SellersGo and Paddle

SellersGo is operated by Faruk Çağlar, a sole proprietor in Türkiye. SellersGo is the brand and service name and is not a separate incorporated legal entity.

SellersGo uses Paddle.com as its Merchant of Record for transactions processed through Paddle. Paddle acts as the authorized reseller of SellersGo and independently processes certain personal information for purposes including order processing, payment processing, tax, invoicing, fraud prevention, subscription administration, and related legal obligations.

1. Who We Are

SellersGo is a software-as-a-service platform that helps merchants manage orders, inventory, products, and related workflows across connected e-commerce platforms and marketplaces.

SellersGo is operated by Faruk Çağlar, sole proprietor, Türkiye ("SellersGo", "we", "us", or "our").

2. Scope of This Privacy Notice

This Privacy Notice explains how SellersGo collects, uses, discloses, retains, and protects personal information when you visit our website, create or use a SellersGo account, purchase or use the Service, communicate with us, or otherwise interact with SellersGo.

This Notice applies to customers, users, website visitors, and other individuals whose personal information SellersGo processes in connection with its own business operations.

Where SellersGo processes personal information on behalf of one of its business customers, additional terms and instructions from that customer may apply.

3. Our Privacy Roles

Depending on the circumstances, SellersGo may act as a data controller, processor, or service provider under applicable privacy laws.

SellersGo generally acts as a controller when we determine the purposes and means of processing information relating to our own business operations, including account registration, customer support, website operation, service administration, security, communications, and business records.

When a business customer uses SellersGo to process information belonging to its customers, employees, suppliers, or other individuals, SellersGo may process that information on behalf of that business customer as a processor or service provider.

In those circumstances, the business customer generally determines why the information is processed and remains responsible for its instructions, notices, permissions, and lawful basis.

4. Paddle.com as Merchant of Record

SellersGo uses Paddle.com as its Merchant of Record.

Paddle acts as the authorized reseller of SellersGo. Consequently, when you purchase a SellersGo subscription through Paddle, Paddle is responsible for the transaction as Merchant of Record, including payment processing, billing, applicable sales tax or VAT collection, invoicing, fraud prevention, subscription administration, and transaction-related support.

Paddle independently determines certain purposes and means of processing personal information in connection with its Merchant of Record activities. Paddle and SellersGo may therefore act as separate or independent controllers for particular categories and purposes of personal information.

Paddle may provide SellersGo with information necessary to fulfill and support your purchase, such as your name, email address, transaction information, subscription status, and information necessary for product access and support.

SellersGo will use information received from Paddle only for purposes permitted by applicable law, including fulfilling your order, providing product access, administering your SellersGo account, providing product and customer support, preventing fraud and abuse, and communicating with you about your SellersGo account or Service.

For more information about Paddle's processing of personal information, please review Paddle's Privacy Policy .
