Welcome to SellersGo. SellersGo is a software-as-a-service platform that helps merchants manage orders, inventory, products, and related workflows across connected e-commerce platforms and marketplaces.
By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using the SellersGo website, application, or services (collectively, the "Service"), you ("you" or "your") agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you use the Service on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that business or organization to these Terms.
The Service is operated by Faruk Çağlar, a sole proprietor in Türkiye, under the SellersGo brand. SellersGo is the customer-facing brand and service name and is not a separate incorporated legal entity.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use the Service.
SellersGo provides multi-channel order and inventory management functionality, including integrations with e-commerce platforms, marketplaces, stores, shipping services, and other third-party systems.
Features, integrations, order limits, usage limits, and other capabilities may vary by subscription plan and may change over time. SellersGo does not guarantee that a third-party integration or API will remain available or unchanged.
SellersGo may offer subscription plans and, where applicable, usage-based or order-volume-based plans. The applicable price, billing frequency, order limits, included features, and other material terms are displayed before purchase.
Subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled before the applicable renewal date.
Prices and plans may change. Material price changes affecting an existing subscription will be communicated in advance where required by applicable law.
Our online order process is conducted by our online reseller, Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all SellersGo orders processed through Paddle.
Paddle provides transaction-related customer service and handles returns and refunds in accordance with applicable policies and law.
Paddle handles payment processing, billing, applicable tax collection, invoicing, subscription administration, renewals, and fraud protection for transactions processed through Paddle.
Paddle may appear as the seller or Merchant of Record on receipts, invoices, or payment statements.

SellersGo provides a 14-day full refund guarantee for the initial subscription purchase.
If you are not satisfied with SellersGo for any reason, you may request a 100% refund within 14 calendar days of the initial subscription purchase. No explanation is required.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation generally prevents the next renewal and does not automatically refund the current subscription period, except as provided by the Refund Policy or applicable law.
You retain ownership of data and information that you submit to SellersGo or process through your account ("Customer Data").
You grant SellersGo the limited rights necessary to host, store, transmit, synchronize, process, secure, troubleshoot, and otherwise use Customer Data to provide and maintain the Service, comply with law, prevent fraud and abuse, and perform our obligations under these Terms.
You represent and warrant that you have all rights, permissions, consents, and lawful bases necessary for SellersGo to process Customer Data as contemplated by these Terms and the SellersGo Privacy Notice.
Where SellersGo processes personal information on behalf of a business customer, SellersGo may act as a processor or service provider, while the customer remains responsible for its instructions and legal basis for processing.
SellersGo may connect to third-party services, including marketplaces, e-commerce platforms, stores, shipping providers, and other APIs. You authorize SellersGo to access and process information made available through integrations you enable.
Your use of third-party services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
Third-party services may impose rate limits, modify APIs, revoke access, experience outages, or discontinue functionality. SellersGo is not responsible for third-party failures or changes outside SellersGo's reasonable control.
You agree not to use the Service to violate applicable law, commit fraud, infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, upload malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, bypass security controls, create excessive load, interfere with Service operation, scrape the Service, or otherwise abuse the Service.
You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, copy, modify, distribute, resell, sublicense, or create derivative works of the Service except where such restriction is prohibited by applicable law.
We may suspend or restrict access where reasonably necessary to prevent security threats, fraud, abuse, unlawful activity, or material harm to SellersGo or other users.
SellersGo and its software, interfaces, designs, documentation, trademarks, logos, workflows, and other Service materials are owned by or licensed to SellersGo and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Except for the limited right to use the Service during an active subscription, no ownership or other intellectual property rights are transferred to you.
If you provide suggestions, ideas, or feedback about SellersGo, you grant SellersGo a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free right to use and incorporate that feedback without restriction or compensation, provided that we do not disclose your confidential information in doing so.
We aim to provide a reliable Service but do not guarantee 100% uptime or uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation.
Availability may be affected by maintenance, upgrades, infrastructure failures, Internet outages, third-party services, API changes, security incidents, or events outside our reasonable control.
We may modify, replace, suspend, or discontinue features of the Service. Where we discontinue a material paid feature, we will provide reasonable notice where practicable and any remedy required by applicable law.
Our collection and use of personal information is described in the SellersGo Privacy Notice .
Production SellersGo services are hosted on Amazon Web Services infrastructure in Frankfurt, Germany. Personal information may also be processed by authorized service providers in other jurisdictions as described in the Privacy Notice.
Each party will use reasonable measures to protect confidential information received from the other party and will use it only for legitimate purposes related to the relationship.
Confidential information does not include information that is publicly available, was already lawfully known, is independently developed, or is lawfully received without confidentiality restrictions. Disclosure required by law is permitted.
You may stop using SellersGo or cancel your subscription at any time.
We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay applicable charges, use the Service unlawfully or fraudulently, create a security risk, or where continued operation is legally or operationally impracticable.
Where reasonably practicable, we will provide notice before suspension or termination.
After termination, your right to use paid features ends. Subject to applicable law and the Privacy Notice, we may delete or anonymize Customer Data after a reasonable period.
You are responsible for exporting information you need before terminating your account. Certain information may be retained where required by law or reasonably necessary for security, accounting, dispute resolution, or legal claims.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
We do not guarantee that the Service will meet every business requirement, remain uninterrupted, remain error-free, or that third-party integrations will remain available.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SellersGo disclaims implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, except to the extent such disclaimers are prohibited by applicable law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SellersGo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, goodwill, or data arising from use of the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SellersGo's aggregate liability arising from or relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid for the Service during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold SellersGo harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful use of the Service, violation of these Terms, violation of third-party rights, Customer Data, or violation of applicable law.
This section does not apply to the extent a claim results from SellersGo's gross negligence, willful misconduct, or other liability that cannot legally be excluded.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator of SellersGo in Türkiye, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights that apply to you under the laws of your country or jurisdiction.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to deprive a consumer of mandatory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes may be communicated through the Service or by email where appropriate.
The updated Terms will become effective on the stated effective date. Continued use of SellersGo after that date constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
These Terms, together with the SellersGo Privacy Notice and Refund Policy and any additional terms expressly incorporated into the Service, constitute the agreement between you and SellersGo concerning the Service and supersede prior agreements concerning the same subject matter.
